Cub Scouts meet tomorrow 7-8pm at Harrison Church Sanctuary (tall white steeple)

Tomorrow is the exciting night that Pack 502 will distribute Pinewood Derby cars and Handbooks to the Cub Scouts. The Troop will be holding their Court of Honor ceremony meeting in the Harrison Church Sanctuary (tall white steeple) and all Cub Scouts should join us for the flag ceremony and opening remarks.  You may leave anytime after that.

Please bring $35 cash in a sealed envelope with your child’s name and all your contact information printed outside (Lion Cubs are $25) in exchange for the car kit and handbook corresponding to your child’s grade (Lions=K, Tigers=1st, Bears=2nd, Wolf=3rd, WeBeLos=4th, AOLs=5th grade). Car Kits and Handbooks will be in the foyer. It would be helpful if one of the Cub Scout Den Leaders or parents would assist with this distribution and collection of envelopes for Mr Fisher. We should have enough of everything for everyone, but if you do not receive a handbook or car kit, please use your envelope as your communication to us.  We will contact you and arrange for you to get what you need during the week.

For the camping trip Friday night 11/4 and Saturday daytime everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. In your envelope, please provide this information: 1) How many adults are coming? 2) how many cub scouts and siblings are coming and what ages? 3) what if any dietary preferences or needs do you have, and 4) what camping gear do you already have?  Please include $40 for camping per family up to 5 people and an extra $5 per additional person if your family is over five people.
