Remember to sell those cards! It’s an easy pitch, because the discounts are for retailers people use on a regular basis. Just see all info needed for camp cards here.
We want to be sure all scouts get credit for their online sales. If you set up on online account at Trails-end.com please ensure your account is registered with PACK 0502 and not Troop 502. If you are not linked to Pack 0502 you will not get credit from your sales! The scouts I have on my report are below. If your son’s name does not appear below you need to either edit the account registration information or contact the trails-end.com help desk.

Please bring your popcorn order forms, all the money associated with each sale as well as your prize choice tonight!
Pizza and drinks will be available to eat while we confirm the totals, make copies of the order forms and note prizes.

Remember to pick your prize based on your sales from the popcorn sheet and online sales so you can tell us tomorrow night when turning in your form. Prize form can be accessed under the Popcorn tab of the website.
Tonight we will be meeting in the Harrison Church Sanctuary due to Hammill Hall being in use.
Please bring a copy of your scouts popcorn sales sheet to tonight’s meeting. This will help us manage the current inventory we have on hand.
Make a note that this Wednesday (Veteran’s Day) we will have our Popcorn Crunch party from 6:30-8:30pm in Room 101 in the Plummer Building (Bldg. 100). Food and drinks will be available to munch on while we collect all your order forms and popcorn money. All sales and associated payment is due at the crunch party, you are responsible for ensuring that all popcorn money adds up to your sales totals. Please contact Kelly (704-905-3303) to arrange a drop off earlier if you cannot make the crunch party.
