Cub-O-Ree (Fall Fiesta!) Info

Get excited for this weekend!  It’s going to be a HUGE Fiesta!!

Here are some details to make sure you have a great weekend – more details (packing list, etc) are listed here

As with ALL Boy Scouts of America functions, alcoholic beverages and controlled substances are not
permitted. Adults are asked to refrain from using tobacco products in any buildings, program areas
and in front of youth members. A smoking area will be designated. No electronic devices (video games, MP3 players, cell phones) are permitted to be used by youth during camping events without express permission of a Pack Leader.

Parking: Most participants will be parking in the field outside of the main gate. People will be allowed to drop their gear off near their campsite and then go back out and park. A LIMITED number of parking permits will be issued for the lots inside camp primarily to Cuboree Volunteers. Two vehicles per Pack camping in Boy Scout World will also be issued parking permits. Parking will NOT be permitted in the circle adjoining Cub World or on the road in Boy Scout world due to emergency access issues.

Inclement Weather: There is a possibility of rain so please be prepared and bring rain gear, waterproof shoes/boots, etc.  In the event of rain, all activities will proceed as scheduled. In the event of lightning, outdoor activities will be cancelled and Scouts should gather under structures closest to the campground until the all clear is sounded.

Lunch:
Lunch will consist of a sandwich (turkey or ham), apples and cookies. If you have concerns about this menu, please plan to provide your own lunch on Saturday. No other meals will be provided.
